Thank you for your booking. Here’s what to expect! This is your reservation guest guide and contains important information you will want to keep handy throughout your trip. You should have already completed our guest check-in form, which is required and provides you with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement, along with links to applicable waivers.

Important Reminder:
The cost for Safely is $49 for 1–29 nights, $249 for 30–59 nights, $319 for 60–89 nights, and $390 for 90–119 nights. All reservations have initially been charged a $49 Safely Damage Insurance Fee. For stays longer than 29 nights, the additional charges will be processed after booking. All reservations are subject to the guest agreement terms, conditions, and fees.

• For non-urgent matters, text the same number anytime or call Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

ABOUT THE HOUSE:
• Early check-in and late check-out may not be available due to the cleaner’s schedule.
• Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are not provided.
• Washer and dryer are available for guest use.
• Provided supplies include 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1–2 rolls of paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and a small amount of dishwasher pods and laundry detergent.
• Home offers a gas grill, smoker, and fire pit.
• The play structure is the neighbor’s and is not part of our property.
• The canoe on the side of the house is not seaworthy. Do not use. It is scheduled for removal.

HOUSE RULES:
• No parties or events.
• No smoking or vaping inside the property.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Daytime guests must leave during quiet hours.
• Fireworks use is prohibited.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
• October–April: Set the heat and thermostat to 55 degrees.
• May–September: Turn off the thermostat.
• Remove all used sheets (not mattress pads) and place them near the washer.
• Gather towels, place them in the washer, and start the load.
• No dirty dishes should be left for housekeeping.
• Close all blinds.
• Return TV remotes to the drawer.
• Tidy up all outdoor equipment used.
• Do not leave anything on the waterfront deck or dock.
• Clean out the refrigerator.
• Remove trash and place it at the curb if within 48 hours of pickup.
• Turn off all lights.
• Lock all windows and doors.

WIFI:
• Refer to your check-in instructions for access information.

LINENS:
• All linens are provided.
• Please follow the checkout instructions regarding linens before departure.

ROKU TV:
• One TV with a Roku remote is provided.
• Guests may log into their own Netflix or other streaming accounts through Roku.

LAUNDRY:
• Onsite laundry is available.
• Please clean the lint trap after each use.

FIREPLACE:
• A wood-burning fireplace is located in the living room.
• Open the flue before use.
• Clean out ashes before checkout.
• The Home Depot bucket is for cleaning out cooled ash only.

OUTDOOR FIREPIT:
• A built-in firepit is available for guest use.
• Firewood is not provided.
• The tote on the porch is for burning paper only.

PORCH / OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
• Guests may use all outdoor equipment provided.
• Please neatly put away equipment before leaving.
• Stay within the property boundaries and do not cross into neighbors’ yards or waterfront areas.

RIVER FRONTAGE:
• Use the dock at your own risk.
• Children must not be left unattended by the river.
• Guests acknowledge the waterfront and watercraft waiver as part of the rental agreement.

PARKING:
• Parking is permitted on the driveway only.
• Do not park on the grass.
• The septic tank is located to the right of the driveway.
• Maximum of 3 cars allowed.

TRASH:
• Trash day is Monday.
• No recycling is available onsite.
• Bring the trash bin to the end of the driveway by 8:00 a.m.

SMOKING AND FIREWORKS:
• Smoking and fireworks are not allowed anywhere on the property.
