Senior Portfolio Manager

Karen leads our Short-Term Rental division and handles all Owner relations. She is also focused on business development, agent relations, and brand building. Karen has over 20 years of experience as a property manager, Realtor, hospitality General Manager, and event planning.

Long-Term Property Manager

Amanda is responsible for tenant relations, applicant screening, generating leases, marketing, coordinating maintenance, etc. She is passionate about providing tenants and owners with outstanding experiences. She has 10 years of customer service experience and 3 years in property management.
