Thank you for your booking. Here’s what to expect! This reservation guest guide contains important information you will want to keep handy throughout your trip. You should have already completed our guest check-in form, which is required and provides you with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement, along with links to applicable waivers.

• For non-urgent matters, text the same number anytime or call Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

ABOUT THE HOUSE:
• Early check-in and late check-out may not be available due to the cleaner’s schedule.
• Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are not provided.
• The washer/dryer is available for guest use.
• Basic household items are provided, including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1–2 rolls of paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and a small amount of dishwasher pods and laundry detergent.
• A Ring doorbell monitors the driveway.

HOUSE RULES:
• No smoking is permitted at the home. 
• No events or parties.
• Fireworks are prohibited.
• Up to 2 small dogs allowed. 
• Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Daytime guests must leave during this time.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
• October–April: Set the heat and thermostat to 55 degrees.
• May–September: Turn off the thermostat.
• Remove all used sheets (not mattress pads) and place them on the floor near the washer.
• Start one load of towels. Place the rest in a second pile next to the sheets.
• Take all trash to the end of the road (Poplar/Rasho) by Monday at 8:00 a.m.
• Return patio furniture cushions to the utility room.
• Dispose of all food. No food or beverages should be left at the property.
• Wash, dry, and put away all dishes. 
• Turn off all lights.
• Lock the door.

PETS:
• One dog is allowed upon approval. 
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Pets are not to be left alone for long periods of time.
• All pet waste must be picked up prior to checkout.
• Any pet damage must be reported immediately.

WIFI:
• Refer to your check-in instructions.

LINENS:
• All linens are provided.
• Follow checkout instructions for handling linens.

SMART TV:
• One smart TV is provided.
• Spectrum is available on all TVs through the Spectrum app.

LAUNDRY:
• Onsite laundry is available.
• Remove lint from the trap after each use.

BEDS:
• Beds are medium firmness.
• Two king beds include memory foam toppers.

FIREPLACE:
• Wood-burning fireplace available.
• Clean out ashes before checkout if used.

GRILL:
• Wood pellet grill available.
• Instructions are on the grill.
• Pellets are stored in the pail in the utility room.

WATERFRONT RULES:
• Do not leave any deck furniture, chairs, kayaks, or outdoor items by the water or on the dock.
• No smoking near the lake.
• Bring all trash from the waterfront up to the house and dispose of it properly.

PARKING:
• Maximum of 4 vehicles allowed in the driveway.

TRASH:
• Waste receptacles are located on the side of the house.
• Trash must be placed at Poplar/Rasho by Monday at 8:00 a.m.
